Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be: 

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in their original condition
  • returned with all original tags and packaging attached

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2–10 working days.

Piece Collection reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use that prevents the item from being resold.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting images and order details so we can assist further.


Sale Items

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for refunds unless faulty.

Please ensure all returned items include the original packing slip provided with your order. Returns received without a packing slip may experience delays in processing.
