Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 working days. During launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

UK orders are typically delivered within 3–9 working days after dispatch.

All UK orders are shipped with tracked delivery services where available.

International Shipping

Piece Collection currently ships worldwide.

Estimated international delivery times:

Europe: 5–10 working days
USA & Canada: 5–12 working days
Australia & Asia: 7–14 working days

International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing and local courier services.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Piece Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is believed to be lost or significantly delayed in transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Piece Collection will work with the courier to investigate the issue. Resolutions, including replacements or refunds where appropriate, are assessed on a case-by-case basis following the outcome of the investigation.

Customers may be asked to provide supporting evidence and delivery information during investigations.

Delivered Orders

Once an order has been marked as delivered to the shipping address, safe place, or nominated neighbour provided at checkout, Piece Collection is no longer responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If you believe your parcel has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Piece Collection is unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed and is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
